Bob Barnebey

Bob has been President of Amcon Controls since 2002. While he likes to consider his role primarily technical, there are many business management duties that steal his time. Bob has worked in wholesale distribution and contracting since 1984 and has experience designing and fabricating control panels for various applications.

He is an active member of Controls Group North America (CGNA), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE), Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), and the San Antonio Building Engineers (SAABE).

Bob received an Associates Degree in Microcomputers for Business from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. His certifications include: Johnson Controls Metasys Companion, DX-9100, ASC, N30, Facility Explorer FX, Honeywell LCBS, WEBS AX, and Tridium AX Web Controls. In his spare time, Bob enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hunting and visiting the coast.

Steve Hudson

Steve has over 22 years of experience in the HVAC industry with 5 years of experience at Amcon/Complete Controls. As Houston Area Manager, Steve’s primary duties involve driving business, managing customer relations and overseeing branch operations.

Steve is a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ASSA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). In his spare time he enjoys cooking, fishing, camping and spending time with his children.

Tim Champine

Tim is the Branch Manager at Amcon's Austin location where he is responsible for developing business in new markets. His extensive 25 years of experience in the controls industry includes: commercial and industrial controls, system design and engineering, contracting, installation, programming and commissioning and sales and service to the HVAC industry.

Tim has his systems certifications from Honeywell, Johnson Controls and Siebe Controls. He is also a member of Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers (AAFAME), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), San Antonio Association of Building Engineers (SAABE) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Tim received his Associates Degrees in Computer Application Software from Del Mar College. His interests include working with his church youth ministry, enjoying the outdoors and customizing motorcycles.

Tim Wilson

Tim, the San Antonio Store Manager, is responsible for overseeing order stocking, shipping, receiving and assisting customers in selecting the correct parts to complete their service work. He has been working in the residential or commercial HVAC industry since 1991 and has 10 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales.

Tim greets customers by their first name whenever possible. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and hunting.

Anthony Galvan

Anthony has 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry and 9 years of sales experience. As Sales Representative for Amcon Controls he maintains all San Antonio accounts and develops new markets in the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo, Texas.

Anthony has completed certifications in Fundamentals of Pneumatic Controls & Variable Air Volume Systems, Single and Dual Input Receiver Controllers and training in Pneumatic Transmission, Honeywell LCBS, Belimo and Teco Westinghouse Variable Frequency Drive.

Anthony is also an active member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) chapters, the North Chamber of Commerce in San Antonio, TX, San Antonio Association for Building Engineers (SAABE), Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), and South Texas Association for School and Maintenance Officials (STASMO). Anthony served in the US Army and Reserves for fifteen years and proudly served in the first Gulf War.

Albert Braddick

Albert has been working at Amcon/Complete Controls since 2000 and has nearly 15 years of experience working in the HVAC controls and control applications industry. His exposure to the HVAC industry came at an early age when he "unwillingly" helped his dad in his small contracting business.

As Inside Sales and Technical Support Representative, his responsibilities include the quoting and packaging of fully engineered jobs, generation of job-specific AutoCAD drawings, and start-up and commissioning of the completed installation and end-user training.

Albert's specific expertise includes factory training on Johnson Controls' Metasys DDC (ASCs, DX9100, N30, M3 Workstation, etc), and Tridium certification for the FX20/40/60 platforms. He is also versed in ASI Controls and Honeywell LCBS. Albert also enjoys attending his two daughters soccer games with his wife.

Adam Martinez

Adam is a Counter Sales Representative for Amcon's San Antonio location and his responsibilities include assisting customers with questions regarding parts and orders. He is also responsible for shipping and receiving.

Adam has a Certificate in HVAC from Everest Institute. In his spare time, Adam enjoys swing dancing, playing the guitar and singing.

Brad Messinger

Brad is heading our Louisiana and Mississippi territories and joins us with over 6 years experience in the Hospital industry. In his role as Technical and Project Support Facilitator, Brad is responsible for programming job specific controls and commissioning and training customers on their new systems. An avid hunter and fisher, Brad proudly served in the U.S. Army.

Mark Bickle

Mark has been performing HVAC mechanical and controls work since 1985. He spent the last 10 years as the owner and operator of AlStan Techical Services and carries a Class A air conditioning and refrigeration license.

Mark recently joined forces with Amcon Controls as the Vice President of Operations. He will be providing extensive training for contractors and our in-house team. His duties will also include developing project proposals with contractors, technical assistance, programming, sales and sales marketing.

Mark spent approximately one year studying computer science at San Angelo State University. He then moved on to an HVAC technical School, after which he spent 5 years going through the Local union 142 apprenticeship program. His certifications and factory training include: Lennox Heat Pump School, Liebert School, Carrier Flowtronics, Dunham Bush Screw Compressors, Solidyne Automation Programming, Toshiba VFD training, Alerton Automation Programming, Baldor VFD Training, Management Training, Distech Echelon Controls Training, Trane Sales Training, JCI VFD Training, JCI FX Controllers Training, JCI FX Tridium Training, and Tridium Training and Certification.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys his family, movies, books, wood work, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
