Controls
SMART MADE SIMPLE
For clear-cut yet sophisticated controls, we make it simple. Smart Equipment™ controls perform all of the monitoring functions originally done by separate discrete relays, commands, interlocking hardware and a thermostat. An on-board LCD display provides real-time information. An optional wireless MAP device can be used with Smart Equipment™ controls to monitor, commission and troubleshoot 3-40 ton units wirelessly with a smartphone, tablet or PC. Building owners can cut their energy consumption costs and service costs dramatically with optional Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD).
